Great breakfast and beautiful surroundings Over the Christmas period, I stayed in a unique place and had an adequate experience. the breakfast offered was the best part, filled with fresh fruits and amazing coffee. the location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Another benefit was the stunning surroundings, which made for great photos and a peaceful atmosphere.
Disappointing service and cleanliness I was disappointed with the service and cleanliness. the towels were old and stained, and the room was not adequately cleaned.

The hotel is conveniently located on a hillside with spectacular views of the ocean, surrounded by a lush tropical forest. It is near the finest snorkeling spots where dolphins like to swim with people. The rooms are well-appointed with screens on three sides, allowing for a refreshing breeze, and the exotic flowers add a touch of tropical charm. Additionally, the outdoor bathroom adds a unique and enjoyable touch to the accommodation.
No improvements necessary, everything was great.

The New Year experience at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The first thing that stood out were the amazing facilities, including a sauna and unique exercise equipment. The location was also a key factor, as it was away from the noise and traffic, yet still conveniently close to Kona and the south area. the healthy food served at the hotel was top-notch, and the added bonus of snorkeling with dolphins made the stay even more memorable.
There were a few things that could have been better. The initial overwhelming feeling upon arrival was a bit off-putting.

With the opportunity to swim with spinner dolphins in nearby bays, you can experience the magic of the ocean up close. the rooms are enchantingly designed, with screened windows that allow you to wake up to the soothing sounds of tropical birds and feel the gentle caress of warm breezes. the breakfast, prepared with fresh organic ingredients, is a delight for the taste buds.
Some aspects of the service fell short of expectations, with issues such as ants in the suite and towels and dishes that did not match.
